Perfect for the pre dinner gathering of guests the spacious foyer area is provided to compliment your choice of banquet room.

The entrance foyer features stunning cedar panelling and its ’s full-length glass windows and doors.

We suggest a variety of pre dinner cocktail packages to enhance the comfort of your guests as they mingle.

Prior to the arrival of the bridal party guests are ushered to their banquet room and made comfortable by our gold licensed attendants.

For the grandest occasion we offer “The Macarthur Room” its simple elegance lends itself to many magical memories.

Ideal for wedding parties of 60 to 300 people the Macarthur Room boasts polished brush box timber flooring and warm lighting to conjure a majestic setting and beautiful ambience for your reception and guests.

This dramatic and spacious room is suitable for theme weddings such as medieval, country, rock and roll, black tie to name a few.

A popular choice for weddings of 100 to 150 people the Macarthur Room is perfect for the mingling of guests, photographs, dancing and supper.

The room features theatrical lighting, grand piano, in house sound system, table service beverages and air-conditioned comfort.

For the intimate affair we offer “The Ferguson Gallery”, the perfect alternative for banquets of 90-100 people.

A very pretty room, with warm and simple ambience that welcomes your guests in a discrete and homely manner.

The Gallery doors open out to the Memorial Garden with a simple arched entry, sand stone pathway and monument. All four seasons of the year Memorial Garden is a quaint and lovely venue for pre dinner gathering of guests, photographs or the romantic garden wedding.

The room features the Camden Art Prize Collection, parquetry dance floor, fairy lights and ceiling drapes, microphone system and mood lighting.

Catering for receptions for up to 100 guests the Undercroft offers a suitable venue for those who wish to control every aspect of their reception.

As a self-catered facility the "Community Room" lends itself to your own flavour and flair, every function having its own signature.

As gold license caterers we are happy to provide for your catering requirements however you are free to cook yourself or to hire in contract catering.

The Community Room features carpeted floors, climate control air conditioning and adjustable lighting. Available for use is a large kitchen that can be used for preparing food. It contains lots of bench space, 2 large commercial fridges, a dishwasher, a domestic stove/oven and a microwave.

 

The RSL Memorial Garden, situated adjacent to the Civic Centre, is the perfect location to hold a garden wedding or stage wedding photos.

We offer a complete wedding service with red carpet, seating, bridal registry and arch for up to 100 guests.

In the event of the wet weather contingency arrangements will be made.
