2 SEPTEMBER

The Climate Change Project

Amongst the political wrangling’s and misleading information, the basic truths of climate change, what has happened to our climate over the past century and the direction we are heading, is getting lost. To assist local communities in their knowledge of the issue, The Climate Project is sending individuals out to give climate change presentations. The Climate Project (‘TCP’) is a not-for-profit organisation and part of Al Gore's Climate Change Leadership Program. Its mission is to increase public awareness of the climate crisis at a grassroots level throughout the world. The presentation touches on the science behind the Earth's climate, the affects of a warming climate, and the desire and hope of the world to achieve a solution.

So if you know a lot on the subject or just a little, come along and get informed on the most crucial issue affecting us and future generations.

Thursday 2nd September
7:00pm – 8:30pm

FREE ENTRY. Coffee and tea provided.

For enquires, please email Damien Quinnell at climatecamden@internode.on.net or ring 9009 3096
