Reflecting Community – Art Workshop

Join Danielle Mate Sullivan in the creation of a community art piece that embraces unity, connection and reconciliation – ‘Closing the Gap’.

Contemporary Aboriginal Artist Danielle will lead the workshop inviting participants to share their story, painting a positive interpretation of themselves on a puzzle piece to be shared with the community for years to come.

Each individual puzzle piece represents a silhouette of a face, one side talking the other listening, symbolic of our understanding, connection, friendships and community.

The artwork will be featured as part of the Camden Art Prize Collection within Camden Civic Centre.
