There will be an Australia Day Thanksgiving Service at 8.15am, followed by Camden Council's Official Civic Awards and Citizenship Ceremony at 9.30am.
The Civic Awards recognise individuals and organisations that have made outstanding contributions to our community through areas such as education, health, fundraising, voluntary services, business, sport, arts, the environment and community events.
Then head down to John Street, Camden for Camden’s free Australia Day celebrations from 9.30am to 2pm.
Join in family-friendly fun from face painting, jumping castles, adventurous rock climbing wall and mini putt putt golf, Australiana themed market stalls, roaming entertainment and Aussie cover band, Mad Rhino performing all your favourite Aussie classic hits from 9.30am.
Spectators are also invited to gather around for the popular Macarthur Lions Street Parade as it makes its way along Argyle Street, Camden from 11.15am.
