No. If you are hiring the Auditorium, Gallery or Civic Foyer, there is no obligation to hire the Mayoral Room as well. It's entirely up to you, and the needs of your event.

Yes. The Terrace is located on the Upper Level and works seamlessly alongside the Auditorium, Civic Foyer, Gallery and other areas on this level. This makes it perfect for multi-room events or exhibitions requiring breakout or complementary spaces.
Is the Mayoral Room accessible?
Yes. The entire venue is serviced by ramps and is accessible for guests of all abilities. Guests can reach the Mayoral Room via the Civic Foyer and, if assistance is required, our staff are happy to help where needed. The Mayoral Room is also located close to canteen and bathroom facilities.
